    Cut or bulk?

    Hey guys, I weight around 77 kg I'm 186 cm. I estimate I have 19-20% bodyfat. I struggling if I should cut or bulk.

    Body fat looks to be high teens/low twenties, but you lack the mass to support a cut. Eat enough to maintain weight, or gain ~1 pound per month and progress on lifts.

    It's matter of personal preference. Are you happy with your current body?

    I personally think you should eat at maintenance, then cut. But there's no harm in reducing your BF and then bulk - it's really up to you.

    Why should I aim for maintenance? It's not ideal for burning fat nor gaining mass or I'm wrong? I think I'm going to bulk for 3-4 months? gain some strength and than clean cut.
