    Dam bro seems we are getting old, High doses of fish oil and Curcumin get me thru the days, Glad to hear your still Grinding brother.

    Injury seems to be getting better daily now, I have been slowly building back up and Monday I hit 215 again and Military Presses are back to 145 so getting strength back. Today I plan on attempting 225 on bench but thats later today.

    Alright Oct just a couple months away I am planning to close this thread ending a long run but I plan on Starting a whole New thread so I can show my OVER 60 Journey ..
