Started like a normal day BCAAs and today light Cardio

Post cardio – Coffee shake with Maca root and Pea protein
then A deep cleaning at my dentist

Post Dentist – 5 Egg white spicy Omelet with avacado

Later that afternoon – Lettuce and Chorizo sausage tacos

well 3 hrs of tax work and Cussing like a demon from hell and I'm ****ing done, time for some bourbon and a short 3 week wait
A glass of Bourbon and an amazing Ground Turkey with Fennel salad



Cool Again I slide past with a waiver from the Illegal health tax and then things got better my awesome techie neighbor I went to HS with came over and brought me this for my training studio ( this is a full surround sound Sony Receiver, sub woofer and Sony bookshelf speakers. He had hooked it up in his living room to let me hear and see It, dam this thing ROCKS loud as ****. I may keep this inside as a base for my home sterio surround sound audio video system. Dave said he is looking for a large flat screen for me and all I need is pay for parts. I'm pretty excited. He found himself a 40 in Visio that wasn't working he fixed that with a .69 cent part lol...So With parts and lunch total cost to me 25.00 (easily a 400 amp by itself )...I have 2 Bose surround sound speakers that will be mounted with this and I have a set of the new Bose Stereo speakers to buy and this I have decided will be the base of my new stereo Audio Video Room along with my coming new XBOX and the new big screen I am looking for. You don't need to buy highly priced fancy new **** to build AWESOMENESS. An Electronic genius as a friend and neighbor helps l



I decided The training den gets a 100 watt, bookshelf system I bought from Fry's electronics a couple weeks ago lol. This one is too good to put outside lol

day BCAAs and today light Cardio

Well time to hit the Devil machine my Incline trainer then Egg White omelet with avacado.

Post power cardio 10 min getting blood flowing 2.5 SPD with 15% incline 100 cals, 32 f... Then fired it to 50% 1.5 SPD, 30 min, 1500 ft, 1.2 mil, 500 t cals, 160 f
Then egg white avacado chorizo and Serrano omelet. With sprouted grain toast topped with cheese organic raw milk cream cheese



If you have never had Grass fed, Raw milk dairy products you need to do some searching lord this cream cheese tastes like heaven and nothing like regular commercial cream
Coffee and Macs shake



My project for the day to rebuild my Water saving flow master toilet (have to take it apart replace seals, floor culk and take apart the tank
This is not a coventional toilet and is a pain in The Ass
Happily There is not much I cannot do thx to my father, saves us tons of money on repairs..



At home depot I found a new pepper plant called Sante Fe grand
There were 2 this one and a smaller one, I ate the smaller one and holy **** these are freaking hot, my mouth is freaking out. I have another pepper plant to plant now lol holy crap



Ordering this Eom 10ftx12ft 498 on sale. Can't wait, then its grilling & Chilling times @ the Ironden



Fits perfect on the uncovered portion of my patio, so the grill will go just outside on the end, the table w/ built in fireplace in the middle and a decorative beverage cooler along the edge. The plan is a nice area for entertaining. Speakers will be put out for music

I don't know what others are saying or thinking but as for nutrition I don't fail, I don't cheat, I will have a healthy refeed on occasion sometimes weekly sometimes every 2 weeks or as I feel my body needs it. Those that fail because they choose to fail. No your not less than those that don't you just need to find your reason and desire and that will give you the discipline to not fail. I eat the same everyday with a variety of veggie changes. Tonight post w/o is steamed Green Beans, Sauteed Cod, with a couple rolled oats snack balls for a little extra carbs tonight.
anyway tomorrow is Grocery shopping day, so I will be out most of the morning and will do power cardio only tomorrow

I see your a huge proponent of the use of Maca. I recently tried a new maca from a company called Madre Nature. It was fantastic. They are a family owned smaller business, but their products have been good, especially their Black Maca. Definitely worth a shot if your a fan of Maca.

My libido, energy, and mood we're all a lot better with this product.
