    _Well pretty much nothing but juice today and not hungry or one bit weak.

    _Started prep with #GaspariNutrition PlasmaJet rested a few then hit the

    _Incline Trainer with 5lb per leg ankle weighs 1000 ft El, 1.3 miles, 377 total cals, 118 fat cals

    _Then a juiced pre w/o with garlic, ginger, apple, BCAAs, lemon, celery, cayanne, half serving Gaspari super pump sample

    _Today its chest/ Farmers walk ya in the dam rain but its got to be done, Today jumping to 70 lbs per arm.

    _Raining hard so I started with Low incline presses 165x8 / 185x4 / 205x4 /

    _Slight stop in rain so out for Farmers Walks with 70lb per arm today – 2 sets out 50 steps and back each set then rain started up so back inside for each seperated with
    *Plate shrugz 2 sets 70lbsx12

    _Low incline presses - Single Low incline Press 230 & single 235 then 4x225 failed on 5th,

    _Its Raining but here in the Ironden we don't make excuses we train ..#Lonewolf kicks Ass 365 days a yr

    _So then its last 2 sets Low incline Presses 30% of last 1rm 190*9
    *Then a burn set of 165*11 which is 30 % of today's fail point

    _Got in another set Farmers walks 50 out 50 back, no more its just to wet

    _CGBP 115*15 / 125*15 / 135*12 / 155*10 alt with plate shrugz 4 sets 70lbsx15

    _pretty happy I am almost back, soon I'll be breaking past 225 on CGBP AGAIN

    Better than most I've used, understated with stims though as I've always needed additional caffeine. Finalflex I've yet to try

    The session was off the charts hitting those 100's was insane. Going to work those thru the week then next week kick it to 105 per Arm 😆
    The more overall body stress and activation the higher Hormone production

    _So a few BW pull ups (still feeling that pull when doing them so did a few more sets less reps)
    some pump push ups inclined with raised handles then

    I very proudly grew up in PHOENIX, ARIZONA
    I grew up in a small town called Cedar Falls. On Sundays you didn't ask if you were going to church, you got ready and went. It was a time when everyone treated each other like Family. We went outside to play, we got dirty. We bought chips and candy from the corner store. We played Red Light/Green Light, Simon Says, Hide & Seek, Dodge Ball, Red Rover, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball and Football. We could ride our bikes to the store, ...or the park, or down a country road and stay all day. We even swam in the lake when we had the chance. We ate beans, hot dogs, mac & cheese and peanut butter sandwiches. We walked or rode a bike everywhere and never worried about safety. We had chores to do around the house and yard. We ate our meals as a family together at the table and helped clean off the table after. We weren't AFRAID OF ANYTHING, except our parents. If you fell down you would just get back up. We challenged each other everywhere...King of the hill. If someone had a fight, that's what it was...just a fight. Kids weren't afraid of fake guns when I grew up. Real guns were just a part of life and we respected them as well as our parents, our teachers, the American flag, the principal AND God. We said the Pledge of Allegiance every time we went to school. We left our houses as soon as we could in the morning and right after school till our neighbors would yell out for their children to get in the house for the night. If one kid was called for dinner then we all knew to go home. We watched our mouths around our elders because we knew if we DISRESPECTED an adult there would be a price to pay. We knew to have manners and respect otherwise someone else's parents would even put you in your place. I would not trade anything for the childhood we had, for we had enough and we had love and all that made us the adults we are today.

    Crystal found An amazing kale, Parmesan and feta cheese Mac & cheese with sun dried tomatoes at Sprouts market so we did that and an Italian herb chicken for dinner. I'm going to try and re create this dish from scratch maybe next week. Its amazingly relish
