So hello guys.ım 15 and 54kgs.180 cm.ı was chubby but skinny.but when ı started to training ı started go lose weight so ı start lean bulk.ı was 52 kg 4monht ago.ı was counting macros but now ım enjoying food and eat what ı want.(its is okey?first question)

Im on ıcf 5x5 but ı dont have 1.25 plates in my gym and ıt very hard to put. 5kg in ohp.can ı donç dumbell pres ınstead of ohp?

yes at 15 just eat plenty and what you like (within reason, obvs mcdonalds for every single meal will be lacking).
Do dumbbell, add reps instead of weight until you can add weight, buy 0.5 and 1kg weights for pennies online and take them with you.
