Previous squat days I was working with enough weight to just feel like I did something... but after healing from injuries and a long layoff I felt ready to push it a little more.
This thread has motivated me weekly to keep coming back and pushing harder each time I lift.
My decent come back squat day from a long hiatus. Felt good with ~440 x 25 reps @ parallel on working sets. RPE est. 7.5 on working sets.
