    HolyBrodin's Sprinting Log

    I used to run track in high school. My main events were the 100m and 4x100m relay, although I've competed in the 200m, long jump, high jump, and pole vault. I PB'ed in the 100m at 11.8 in my Junior year, and my 200m was 24.5, although I never actually trained for the 200. The farthest I've made it in an individual event was city finals for the 100m, 200m, and pole vault, and my relay team qualified for regionals, missing provincials by 1 spot. I injured my ankle playing rugby my senior year, and ran a mid-12 100m so I quit.

    I'm going to be logging all my sprinting workouts here. The primary goal is to get fast enough to walk on my university's track team in September 2017. I think I'll probably be training for everything 400m or less. I believe that if my 100m gets at least as fast as an 11.5, I'll be good to go.
