    I'm in Australia now and left my packet of Teacrine at home, has been slightly annoying. I don't use caffeine that often, mostly in trial of products vs daily use. It would have been perfect to have on this trip given the time changes.

    Is anyone combining Theacrine and Rhodiola Rosea? A lot of people use Rhodiola to wane themselves off of caffeine and I'm currently doing that. I figure when my Theacrine arrives tomorrow (I ordered the 100mg capsules) I'll combine all 3 (caffeine, theacrine, rhodiola) with yohimbine to be an unstoppable al naturale fat burning machine.

    Will treat you well. I'd like to see Rhodiola in some more products. Very subtle, but I find it to help a lot with stress, whether in the gym or not.

    I notice zero from theacrine. Theacrine studies looked at low dose (200mg) to high dose (300mg) - both unnoticeable for me. Taken alone, with caffeine, and with preworkout, no difference. 3 personal training clients of mine same results. Meh.

    Backed in the states, totally screwed up on time from tons of traveling. This week will be a very heavy stim week lol. Going to try and minimize caffeine and just dose higher on Teacrine to see how it goes. Just landed in LA with a 5h connector coming.

    in for updates. so from what i gather this will increase overall energy/clarity/well being if used synergistically with caffeine. If used alone it still increases energy but not the crazy hyped jitter feeling caffeine does. Also, it sounds nearly impossible to build tolerance?

    I think people are still kind of figuring this all out, mostly anecdotally?

    I find it's not as effective on it's own, and I usually get the best results around a 50/50 split or 2;1 in favor of caffeine. I am stim tolerant though, so i'm sure others will give different feedback. I have some more TeaCrine on it's way in, and I think my next test will be 2;1 caffeine and TeaCrine combined with some L-theanine. Bet that's a nice triple threat.

    I have tried Theacrine 300mg alone, and can say the effect is very mild.

    I found the effects (primaforce teacrine caps) the best when i did 100mg + caffeine. I tried it stand alone a few times but prefer it stacked with a pre workout.

    I've been looking at adding Theacrine to my daily regimen... do you recommend taking in the A.M. or stacking Pre-Workout or would it depend when you want overall energy?

    Over the past 96 hours I've slept 17. Lots of international travel and random crap happening. Got in last night and trying to push through the day today. I took 100mg with 130mg of caffeine around 10am, took another 50mg 30 min ago. Going to try and stay up rest of day without any stims. Goal is to pass out at 9-10pm, up at 5-6am and follow a similar routine. Trying to use less caffeine and more teacrine to stay balanced. Will see how it goes. Travel again in a week, then china a few days after that lol. I'll hit 100k miles of flying this year before may.

    Has to be used with caffeine IMO. I like Dave's dosing and I think that's the best for me as well, using standalone theacrine is very dulled to me but the synergy with caffeine is where it's at. Hate to compare it to this lol, but kind of like DMAA without caffeine.

    I agree it works best as a caffeine "amplifier".

    Today I only took 15mg Teacrine like one hour after Quake as a test, energy definitely lasted 1-2hours longer and even now I don't feel as tired after 12hrs.

    I still claim taking it with Bioperine or Astragin makes theacrine effects 2x stronger,
    I haven't been taking theacrine consistently lately but kinda felt moody when I wasn't on it compared with today.

    Jumped on the B2G1 deal (for peak o2 also). Gonna start with 200mg caff / 50mg teacrine for just general daily energy and then once dialed in I'll add in for workouts.

    Dasbunker, any way to elaborate on the caffeine "amplified" feels vs. feels of just caffeine alone at higher dose? Is it more of an energetic feeling, but without feeling stimmed out?

    2 caps of teacrine gets me crazy efficient and awake at work; even more wonders after a long/tiring run. im usually dead and unmotivated to do anything for the rest of the day post workout, but theacrine has me feeling good.

    I havent tried it until primaforce released it as capsules and i like it a lot.

    First time trying this morning (about 4 hrs ago). Did 100mg teacrine standalone. I just saw your post and, ironically, I'm getting similar feels from it. I guess I would describe it as maybe a smooth alertness type feeling. Only the first day, but promising for sure.

    For me I'd say it makes caffeine feel stronger but not too different with less jitters. No euphoric feeling or anything like that. Also makes caffeine effects last longer, feel "awake" 12hrs+ after ingestion.

    Gotcha, thanks for the feedback. I've followed these boards for quite a few years even before I had an acct, but spent more time learning about different supps, timing, dosing, etc. and never really had much to contribute. So trying to put in some feedback where I can.
