I used a pull-up bar with not much clearance to wrap the wrist around, and I think that caused the injury, because I just caught the tip of my fingers a couple times.
It didn't really hurt that day, and two days later, it was a bit sore. Still I did a moderate DL set, and was careful to not let my fingers roll out (alternated my grip)
A few days later the forearm got very sore.
This week there is bruising through the forearm to the back of the wrist.
I am thinking of getting a compression wrap and wearing one for part of the day.
Other than than light massage and rest for now.
Have any of you had this, and any recovery tips, do's and don'ts?
