I've taken it. It's a recovery supplement though, and needs to be utilized properly to be effective. Use it during an overreaching phase. If you use it and continue training the way you're training now, without any type of additional loading, you won't get anything out of it.

I know when this first came out, there was a sample training program to help with overreaching. Maybe one of the reps can link it or has a PDF for you.

ive run a couple 8 week cycles of Clear Muscle and have gotten good results....built muscle, increased strength and improved recovery times. granted, my gains didnt approach the results shown in the research studies but then again, i didnt expect them to. i feel like the gains obtained were reasonable vs. the cost and would purchase the product again.
but before i do that i want to try out the Plasma Muscle and compare the 2.I Support MuscleTech

The science is strong on HMB-FA, and I really liked the results. Quicker recovery means Im feeling better throughout the day, can train longer, more frequently and can even lift heavier.
For me, this supplement is a no brainer. I wish it was a tad more affordable, but a great supplement nonetheless.
