I have owned four new BMWs since 2012. To this point, I have not had a car back to the dealership for any warranty repairs.

My girl bent a rim on her 2016 328i xDrive. She couldn't explain how she did it. The dealership wanted $1000 for a new rim, new tire, and alignment. I was able to get a pre-owned rim, new tire and alignment for a little over $600 at a local body shop.

Exactly...I've no idea how Scion ended up there, unless Toyota cut every possible corner during the manufacture.

That is somewhat true. It's all about "soul". And soft touch dashboards

    POSITIVES

    - Amazing looking car
    - Extremely fun to drive
    - Comfortable as **** even for me being 6'5
    - Nice interior

    NEGATIVES
    - Random Rattle in the back i cant figure out where it is coming from
    - Brakes make noise even though they are premium ford brakes and dont need to be replaced per Ford. F
    - When i back up and put the tires all the way to the right or left they are rubbing against something dealer cant figure out from what.
    - Already had to replace one wheel because it cracked.

Overall i would say if you are looking for a fun, fast car to drive that has pretty good not great reliability get it. If you are looking for a car and your main priority is reliability stay away from ford period.

I had a 2002 Honda Accord i got with 37k miles and i drove it for 5-6 years and ended up selling it at 150k+ miles. Not a single issues.... i put more money on repairs on my 2015 mustang gt in 1.5 years (Around $1500) on repairs then i did on my used Honda in all its years. Having said all this driving the mustang gt is 100x more fun/enjoyable then Honda Accord.
Might want to take your car to a different dealer. Also, Accords are pretty much like tanks (with weaker automatic transmissions). There's no doubt they're more reliable than most other cars, but you can't exactly compare a mid-size sedan to a performance muscle car in terms of reliability.

If I bought the GT I'd wanna buy it new which with premium trim + performance package would be 42k :/. Also I drive a toyota right now so 4.2 seconds 0-60 might kill me lol.

Yeah I found a fully loaded ecoboost for 24k might buy it, throw the ford performance tune on it and see how it feels.

I'll refer to both the high and low side of the chart. Had a Lexus IS250 that I sold at 212,000 miles and it was great. Had a F150 I wrecked at 164,000 miles, and it was great. Sold a VW I put 115,000 on... and it was meh. I didn't trust it.

I have a Silverado now, so we'll see.

you got weird things like lexus/toyota at the top with scion really low when scion is all toyota engines and parts, so the mechanical reliability is there, its probably things like people going back for a stuck cup holder tray or some stupid chit.

First its won't be applicable to anyone except you. And second, you have to be objective.

My 14 Focus had the clutch packs replaced but its a known issue that Ford repairs no questions asked. My 14 Fusion Energi was flawless and my current 16 MKZ is also flawless. My 2010 F150 XLT now bekongs to its 2nd owner and has 120k problem free miles. Ford has dropped lately in rankings because the now reolaced MyFordTouch was finicky at times. The software has been replaced and it is now exceptional. Also, noone is nringing tech to these price ranges like Ford is so there are bound to be a few kinks. Overall they're the best mass market brand in the world right now..

And just lol at anyone suggesting you consider a Chrysler oroduct over a Ford. Ive said it before, Chrysler is literally the only make in the world that I would never consider buying from. They build absolute shiit. Id drive a Peugeot over a Dodge.

Another thing i like about Ford is they are actually putting out some really good looking cars/trucks in a time where auto manufacturers are going full retard with their design. Audi is another company that is putting out some good looking designs.

Do some research on the new Toyota Tacoma... I was looking into them and so many people are having issues with them.

Weird that so many people are having issues with new Fords. I have a 2016 Fusion SE now. And we had a 2015 Fiesta ST and a 2014 Mustang GT. My dad drives a 2015 F250 Lariat Powerstroke as well. Never had a single problem with any of the cars. My parents also own a 2016 GMC Acadia and have had to take it in twice already.

I had a 2017 Ford Fusion hybrid while my Jetta was being repaired from being rear ended.

I have to say I was really impressed with the quality of the interior, much much better than my Jetta. The ride was smoother than my 300 and the cabin was real quiet. The only negative was there was a rattle behind the dash at highway speeds...so idk.

I've owned a dozen Fords, from Cobras to a Focus and none have ever spent a single minute in the shop. Guess I'm just lucky. In fact, my daily driver is a Focus I bought in 08 and it has 105,000 on the clock. Not a single issue. My C63 was at the shop a few times and so was my BMW M Roadster.
