I will be eating ham for the rest of the week

I got me a big a$$ Kirkland spiral ham from Costco. I'll be eating that for a while. How is the quality of protein from processed ham?

The protein content is great...idk if the same can be said for the sodium content or the animal death that supplied it, but it's an optimal source of complete protein for the gainz. Srs.

i am often tempted by the Kirkland black forest sliced ham, but the quantity is just too much and i don't want to freeze it...such a shame because it seems to be pretty damn good quality ham.

You mean like chicken ham? I never like chicken ham, they taste a bit weird. If I would do poultry, I would go for turkey ham.

Ditto, these are excellent hams, had a number of them over the years. Alas there are a number of people coming to dinner so who knows how much I have left?

Ham is as others noted a fine source of protein.

I think I bought a salami that's 56g protein the entire thing. Could go "ham" on that.
