    Lower Chest Help

    Well, I'm going to make to this short and to the point. I've been training for about 3 1/2 months and haven't gotten any bigger in my lower chest, from day one . I've done everything from lower chest flies, decline db flies, decline db press, reverse grip db press, and everything inbetween. The fact of the matter is it hasn't grown. I have at least two chest day's a week, and my nurtrition is sound. Help plz D:

    Have some freaking patience. Many people argue that you can't directly target certain parts of the chest. Just put more mass on altogether and it eventually fills in.

    People always talk about this upper chest/middle chest/lower chest thing. Your chest is essentially one muscle, there's no upper or lower muscle. Just try to target your chest muscle from all angles and it'll eventually fill in (if you're eating enough). People have genetics where their upper chest is bigger or their lower chest is bigger. Just target your chest from all angles and have patience but enjoy the journey because everything comes into fruition a lot quicker.
