Hey guys!
Today I finished my first 4 months of actual strength training and dieting.
I have been a skinny fat bro for as long as I can remember, spending all my time gaming, eating junkfood, going out drinking and such...
For about 2 years I have been trying to diet down, usually lasting about one week then falling off the wagon.
Well 4 months ago I decided enough was enough, so I created my own 5 day program. Set my calories to 2100 a day and just went with it.
I started off weighing 175 pounds at 5'11 and I am now down to 148 pounds.
I hope this post can be inspirational to some of you skinny fat bros who are looking to make some serious changes in your lives.
I am by no means huge, and my results arent that impressive but hey if I can do it, anyone can!
