    Olympic Lifting Program

Hey guys, i was really hoping someone would be able to share an example of a program purely based on increasing my C&J, front squat and snatch? because that's the only 3 8 really want to get max on, i'm not fussed on bench or anything else. is just doing those 3 excersizes everyday all i need? or are there other excersizes i should incorporate? like i don't know anything about rep ranges and sets purely for 1 rep max either, any feed back is appreciated, cheers.

Do you even know how to perform the lifts? Assuming you do, what's your goal in sticking to these 3 lifts? Are you competing in the sport? If so, then you'll probably do alright, but you would do better with more variety. There's lots of programs out there you can go off of.

I agree with FNG37, you really need to think about getting a coach and have them develop a program for you. We may not all like doing other exercises, but that doesn't mean they're not worthless. Have you read about attacking weaknesses? You do that by doing versions of the lifts that expose and strengthen those weaknesses. Same thing with getting stronger overall. FS are not the end all be all of squats. Sometimes you need to back squat, maybe even overhead squat.
