    Some great work in those arctic conditions. The pulls are probably the better choice in my opinion. My old Olympic weightlifting coach was from the Ukraine and he said a lot of their basic training was a competition lift, pulls of the other lift, and then squatting. Day after day after day.

    Trying to stay warm...been mostly mild, Going to stick it out in the garage, no public gym for me, a few more weeks and we are over the hump here for winter.

    I also got one of those Rogue Landmine thingys coming, for C$100 it adds a whole level of different functionality to a bar. If it doesn't I can always hang it from the GHD I dont use much
