Side chest you need to get a little lower in the legs and open up more up top, show those lats, puff up your chest, arch your back, move your elbow back, flex your bicep.

For the front late widen out a bit too and roll your shoulders back a little and puff up your chest and step forward/backward a little more.

The front lat spread isnt bad but the side chest definitely could be improved

Also for the abs and thighs, idk how it will look on you but try bending your knee a little for the front leg and maybe turning your knee and foot outward a little more. I always get a much better flex/squeeze in my thighs with my knee slightly bent than locked out.

Use the same feet placement for side tricep as you do for side chest. Looking good OP, wish I looked like that when I was 16

    Some updates
    Side chest

In all honestly I think this is how I'm going to do it (upper body wise, leg placement still to be discussed). If I move my arm further back it appears to be a lot smaller..

    Front lat spread

Locking my knees out seems to be bringing out my quads more..

    Back lat spread

Upper body seems fine but legs seem to lack with this pose.. Any tips?

Just an update picture. Lighting made abs disappear though.

Doing dumbbell pullovers on every pull day and training my vacuum every other day. Really going for a classic physique, which I will hopefully manage to get in a couple of years.

Everything looks on point. Only thing I would say is remember to pull the shoulder back on the side chest pose, and maybe rotate a little more to maximize shoulder width/ minimize waist comparatively. Would learn more from a video of you going through transitions, as moving from position to position can really make or break a routine.

I still dont feel right with your side chest. If you don't want to move your arm back okay, I was just always taught that by coaches saying it makes your upper body look bigger as a whole with the slight cant and showing the lat and it made sense to me.

I would at least lift your chin up some more, puff up your upper chest and pull in your abs for it, exaggerating the chest flex more and appearing more confident. You just seem so tucked in and almost hiding in your side chest.
