Brahs....
I'm off work for two months, baby is coming in two days, then I will be attacking my cut and posting in this log regularly.
I stand at 215 lbs, crazy fun bulk, but I had a few knee flareups along the way. No lower body work for now until the knee is better.
Got an MRI - no ligament damage, just what my surgeon is calling a "tweak" that needs rest.
I'm probably going to go super aggressive with my cut and try to shred off as much as I can over the next 6 weeks. Then I'll cruise until summer and decide how to proceed when beach weather approaches.

Wow! You just competed today? Congrats on the increase in your total!!!
Everything is good - just been really busy and trying to keep up. Hopefully this time off allows me the time to decompress, bond with the little one, and train more people until I head back to work in April.Snapchat/Instagram: Mimsthe3rd

Thanks! Just need to add 113 to close my thread (1600) and 40 of it on the dead is easy (lockout issue) and squat 555 wasn't even a huge grinder!
