Brahs....

I'm off work for two months, baby is coming in two days, then I will be attacking my cut and posting in this log regularly.

I stand at 215 lbs, crazy fun bulk, but I had a few knee flareups along the way. No lower body work for now until the knee is better.

Got an MRI - no ligament damage, just what my surgeon is calling a "tweak" that needs rest.

I'm probably going to go super aggressive with my cut and try to shred off as much as I can over the next 6 weeks. Then I'll cruise until summer and decide how to proceed when beach weather approaches.

Good bruv!! Family is great! After my injury back in November, I competed today after 8 weeks training. While losing 25lbs I still added 121 to my total.

How's everything outside of just the baby?

Wow! You just competed today? Congrats on the increase in your total!!!

Everything is good - just been really busy and trying to keep up. Hopefully this time off allows me the time to decompress, bond with the little one, and train more people until I head back to work in April.

Thanks! Just need to add 113 to close my thread (1600) and 40 of it on the dead is easy (lockout issue) and squat 555 wasn't even a huge grinder!

Damn your strength is insane!!! The squats looked way too easy. I think you squeezed everything you could have out of bench. That damn last deadlift - you nearly hit lockout on it. Next time you'll shatter 600lbs!

305x5 bench today. Closing in on former strength. Took a deload last week. Really need to be more active, but I have trouble staying in touch with people these days.
