Can females take this as well? I have been taking 600 mg of Ashwagandha for over 6 months now and wondering if I can put my wife (she is into weighlifting) on the same dosage.

Yes, there have been studies showing benefit that use both men and women. Go 600mg/day, ideally split. Kbayne outlined dosing above and that is fine for both men and women.

So I'd recommend going with the LEF Super Bio-Curcumin.

Other single ingredients would be Cissus and Fish Oil. Things that cause water retention also could be of some benefit.

Now if you want products with more than just one or two ingredients, PEScience Genoflex, Scivation Flexatril, and one not mentioned ever but a great product, E-Pharm Joint Force.

one question here ... does the root got all the benefits or its leaves also got similar benefits ??
got a big plant at home n i eat 4-5 leaves a day as someone told it helps in managing diabetes but never knew it got effect on body building as well

This too is what I use. I only take 300mg in the evenings but need to switch to taking 300mg in the mornings as well. I was taking 600mg at one time through the day but I found it made me tired when I did that.... for some reason. I do find that with even 300mg I do better with less sleep and "seem" to recover faster. I take this along side a testosterone booster (AE APE) because in my mind I felt KSM-66s effect on cortisol (along with other effects) would work well with a test booster. I haven't been disappointed.

One has to just try it to see if it works for them, I myself like it for many reason, digestion, cortisol lowering, test, but I also take pine pollen, tongkat ali, nettle root extract to block estrogen

Per usual, the details will be found in the full paper. Most never read the full paper (and authors of studies well aware of that fact..), and what's found in the full paper, not always in line with conclusions found in the abstract. I have not tracked down the full paper. If you do and read it, report back your finding based on your Qs above and if they line up with the abstract conclusions.

Sample size, who funded it, researcher credibility, statistical methods (and if it is good stats), what population is being sampled, etc.

A lot of clinical, medical trial research is usually legit. When it's self-report, things get tricky

Reproducibility. Even research done without bias or dishonesty can find statistical significance just by chance (accidentally or through p-hacking)

Am i the only one that experience agitation and insomnia from Ashwagandha...
Really strange since its supposed to have the opposite effects.
Been trying different brands with insomnia as a result.

I just ordered the PES Multi.
This contains KSM correct so is there any need to supplement with additional KSM.
