Alright, a little background here... I do calithenics, just straight bodyweight exercises and not weight training. Yesterday I was moving furniture, so that must contribute. Today I was doing legs today,
When I was squatting, I felt a sharp pain right at the bottom of my lower back, and when I was doing low duck walks, I felt a kind of low dulling pain in the top of my knee.
I do not know what kind of pain it is, and how to relieve it. Which is why I am posting... for any tips, advice, or articles...

Foam roal for Lower back, As for knee.. I don't know. Try icing your lowerback and knee.
If that doesn't work I'd say get to your doctor.USN Vet, Student, Loser.

The best option is to consult with a board certified spine surgeon to see what he says in regard to diagnosis, and treatment options. He may send you for physical therapy or may order more imaging ( most likely option) depending on what his exam shows.
