In less then 3 months I've put around 170 pounds on the big three despite bad programming at the start. Also probably 6-7 pounds of muscle. Anyways shoulder mostly healed up, did a lighter leg workout with a lot of bball.

Quick update: my phone broke so I couldn't log or view my workouts at all so had to do em off memory for a bit. Anyway did workout with football team today, got absolutely destroyed. Have the third highest squat on the team so my group was the two stongedt guys and me. I kept up with them with front squats amd auxilaries but then got smoked on back squats. Ended with 4x10 squats, about 2.5 minute rest. Was doing 225. Got the first set. Second set got 7. After second almost puked , missed third set. Returned for 4th set, lowered to 185x10. I hadn't drank enough water and it really hurt me. As I walked towards my car, left calf cramped, had to lay down for 5 min. Eventually got up, made it over to car, and as I was getting in both of my ****ing hamstrings cramped lmao. It was awful. Anyway idk how often I'll be updating now.
Figured I'd just include some recent PR's, got 215x3 on bench, got 195 power clean, both of those are new maxes. Squat should be getting close to 345, our team doesn't deadlift so no idea on those
