Hi, I was wondering if there's any way to still access those line graphs with your various lifts that you've tracked and your PR changes over time. I used to love looking at those and seeing my progress, but I can't seem to find them anymore on bodyspace. Have they been removed altogether? The only graphs that I can find now are for body weight, lean muscle max, and body fat percentage over time. What happened to the ones with benches, deadlifts, squats, etc?

Loseit! is a great web site and smartphone application for setting weight loss goals, inputting weight, calories, workout regiments, etc. It graphs everything from weight loss to protein intake, depending upon how meticulous you are. The best thing this does is tell you exactly how many calories you need to consume for your body weight in order to reach your target weight.
