Squat 252.5kg(556lbs)ok 257.5kg(567lbs) ok 262.5kg(578lbs)ok All pr's Bench Opener 202.5kg(446lbs)ok Two tries of 207.5kg(457lbs) No dice Deadlift 257.5kg(567lbs) 270kg(595lbs)ok and pr on last deadlift i tried 280kg(617lbs) for bronze got it to knees but not strong enough yet. #4 place 15kg pr for overal next time will be doing 750kg on spring.
2 weeks of flu got the best of me but still got some pr's so it wasen't all bad.
