    Football offseason workout

I'm 15yeats old 6'1 235lbs . And I'm currently working out hard for football next year i currently bench 245, but I have been at a standstill there for a long time. I bench press twice a week and incline once a week. Any pointers on getting out of this slump?

As a D1 football player the best advice I can give you is just to eat. Mass moves mass (Depending on your position) so the bigger you are the easier it will be to move weight. Now if you are a tight end or linebacker obviously you still need to be able to move, but eating right after a workout, or at least within the 30 minute window should do wonders for you.
