    Yeah my confidence is very low very very low.I eat dont eat super clean but im eating high protein and healthy fats and some cheat meals on somedays,but my friends are really well built but im always the skinny one,the weak one that makes my confidence very low.

    Just remember results are 80% Nutrition and 20% Fitness. You can achieve anything but if it was easy everyone would do it. So it will take a lot of time and a lot of had work. At the end it will all be worth it
