I would tell him I cant be bothered with this nonsensical BS, to take his chit candy out of my face and that his princess wont die if she doesn't get to trick or treat or he should have exercised more foresight during his vacation planning.

It's not a hassle for the passengers. It's literally nothing to make this little angel's eyes light up with joy.
It's going to be a hassle for the men who have to live up to this standard in this future, though. Every dude she ever dates is going to curse her father's name for setting this standard as she grows up thinking she's the fuarking Duchess of York.Nah, fukk that. I’m not doing that.

Well, I guess you can't speak for all of the passengers, it would annoy me and i doubt I'm the only one
I'm sure that some probably found it lovely, others don't want kids bugging them on their flight.
Agree with your last paragraph though
Edit: lmfao at someone being mad enough to neg over this. U mad not everyone cares about your kids?Last edited by cookiefiend; 11-01-2016 at 01:13 PM. Reason: Lel

I usually agree and respect a lot of your posts but not this one.
If picking up a piece of candy, and putting it in a basket (something that takes 3 seconds) is hassle to someone, to make a little kid happy on Halloween, then they are just being a dick. Yeah skipping Halloween to an adult is no big deal, but to a 3 year old kid it means a lot. My daughters face lights up during special holidays and events like this, and I'd want any kid of any parent to feel that same joy.6'1 - 240lbs

Actually agreed. It's a nice enough thought, but like what was said it won't kill the kid to not trick or treat for one year. Then you're obligated to participate in this feel good activity or everyone mean mugs you for the rest of the flight. half the people on the flight were probably zooted out of their minds on muscle relaxants/sleeping pills because of the anxiety and fear they get from flying in the first place. Then this guy comes up to you while you're trying to hold it all together and asks you to participate in this little treat for his "little donut"
I'd do it, but i'd be thinking "what a douche"

I fall asleep during plane rides, I'd prefer not to be woken up. Please just skip me when you're handing out candy.
