The Misc Weekly Lifting Challenge:
General Info:
This competition is meant to be fun, interesting, and dynamic. The rules will be simple and encourage creativity while expanding your comfort zones.
The Weekly Lifting Challenge will begin on Monday and close on Sunday of each challenge week.
The lift itself will be chosen by Iceman1800, either from the Misc’s suggestions or by Iceman himself.
In the event of a challenge utilizing a prescribed weight, females may use 65% of the weight, rounded to the nearest 5lbs.
Note: If a particular challenge is ‘easy’ find a way to make it more challenging using creative techniques such as pause reps, slow controlled reps, ect. The idea is to impress the Misc with your lift more than your competitors have.
The Entry:
The submission video must be uploaded to YouTube within the contest week (videos of old lifts are not valid). The title of the video must include a reference to the Misc’s Weekly Lifting Challenge. The camera angle must clearly show the entirety of the lift or set.
The Winner:
The winner can be chosen in a variety of ways which include:
-A simple quantitative victory in weight lifted, amount of reps completed, or time in some cases.
-A subjective poll where the Misc will simply decide whose lift was the most impressive. The poll will be attached to the following weeks lifting challenge thread.
The winner for the week will receive a mod rep + additional contributions in the form of additional reps or other incentives to sweeten the pot.
The Challenge:
DB hold for time

Dude has unreal push strength, not sure I've seen many of his other lifts. Seems like one of the friendliest guys around here too.
Anyways, I was already factoring in doing this on my shoulder day this week which will be Thursday.
Don't disappoint misc, you guys record yourself reenacting gifs for far less reps, go record yourself making an attempt at this.

Wasn't gonna post this half-ass set because I only had the stamina to hit about 40 seconds worth of clean presses after a leg workout but I'll post again later in the week on shoulder day when I start with them.
I figure 16 reps in ~40 seconds should leave me around 20-24 reps in 60 seconds. I really don't see how it's possible to hit more than 26-28ish in that time frame. The movement requires about 2-2.5 seconds.

Do you give bonus points if we recently had surgery and have a bum, atrophied leg? Would've rocked this contest if I was healthy, prolly would've done it with one arm.
