I am doing an ArA cycle right now (with PA and ALCAR). I do 3-4 lifting days per week and 2 cardio days per week (no lifting). I do not take ArA in those cardio days though. Am I doing it right ?

Well, cardio days are also considered training days. So use ArA on these days or not ? I thought ArA to be effective, you need to do resistence training so muscle get the needed inflammation from ArA, otherwise this supplement would just cause inflammations elsewhere (joints, etc).
So far I got no joint pain but I take collagen (or glucosamine)+C+MSM, Omega 3 despite my arthritis.
