    ArA in cardio day ?

    I am doing an ArA cycle right now (with PA and ALCAR). I do 3-4 lifting days per week and 2 cardio days per week (no lifting). I do not take ArA in those cardio days though. Am I doing it right ?

    I personally would not.

    I have found my best results with ArA to be dosing about ~1.5g preworkout on training days only.
    NOV || Ohio Chapter || Be more, have less.

    When i did ArA i dosed it everyday.
    Most here say just on training days.

    I did get the ArA flu, fought it off, i also got very bad joint pain, took a joint supp.
    Overall i loved ArA.

    Well, cardio days are also considered training days. So use ArA on these days or not ? I thought ArA to be effective, you need to do resistence training so muscle get the needed inflammation from ArA, otherwise this supplement would just cause inflammations elsewhere (joints, etc).

    So far I got no joint pain but I take collagen (or glucosamine)+C+MSM, Omega 3 despite my arthritis.

    I would just dose it on lifting days and not take it on cardio days.

    Save for the days you lift. Cardio days would be a waste as the inflammation is not as defined those days.

    Woah. Didn't realize this was a real thing. I noticed I got a mini "cold/flu" every time I ran an ArA cycle. What's the cause of this?
