That's unfortunate. My family hasn't eaten all of my ice cream, but they ate all of my chocolate chip cookies, lol. I got my Caffe Panna to ring in the new year.

You mean before Grace took a break? I never tried the original pints, which is one reason why I was so excited I would get a chance this time...

But after hearing people's feedback, cannot justify the price for a mid-level ice cream...

The flavors look/sound great, but it sounds like it's just not quality stuff at this point.

Banilla Killa Heilala vanilla bean and fresh banana ice cream with candied Nilla wafers and a deep butterscotch caramel. Big Banoffee vibes!

This is a super salty/sweet ice cream.

Loaded with mix-ins (chocolate-covered pretzels bites, caramel swirl, PB swirl....), and it shows with the crazy high calories/pint.

Although the quality of the mix-ins weren't top-tier Panna style... the general profile and quality control in density was great, and made for a VERY enjoyable scoop.

Some of the pretzels were a touch stale, and the swirl could have been a more natural caramel, but in general, it's a good time. If you have a Whole Foods nearby, look for it and give it a try.

I saved the Red Flag for last as I know I love that one and I'm making my way through the rest.

We are Golden (Roasted Banana w/ pineapple compote, pecans, and shortbread) is stupid good. My dad and I crushed it, and he doesn't usually like "exotic" ice creams.

I gave the coconut based one to my Mom. She tried it, but didn't taste much other than the peanut butter brittle.

I finally got around to re-trying Little G (after having it back in 2017). I got triple cookie dough, chocolate peanut butter cup, and salted caramel cheesecake.

The triple cookie dough I tried first and it definitely was different than I remembered (like ugasar mentioned in his videos). The base was sort of crystalized and gritty and not as creamy, but in the end still had good flavor overall. The main difference, however, was the cookie dough mix-ins. In the 2017 version they were legit 1" diameter or bigger gobs of cookie dough. In this recent version, they were similar in taste, but smaller cubes (similar in size to B&J cookie dough pieces). They were plentiful, though.

Next I tried chocolate PB cup. This base was much better, creamier, and had the great peanut butter swirl throughout. There were tons of little PB cups, too - more than I remembered from the original version. I felt like this was as good, if not better than the version I had in 2017.

Lastly was salted caramel cheesecake. This one I really enjoyed. After tempering, the ice cream base tasted just like a cheesecake and the cheesecake crust/salted caramel swirl was delicious, too. I have half left at home and I'm looking forward to eating it tonight.

I also noticed that the nutrition label splits the pint into thirds, whereas I remember pints back in 2017 being split into quarters. Anybody else notice that?

I never tried the OG, but I didn't bother with the new ones because they're basically like a Blue Bell quality from what ive seen

Never been a ice cream guy but I see Salt and Straw just announced their Halloween flavors. The jack o lantern pumpkin bread has me very curious, going to try and dip into the scoop shop soon to give it a try.

I ate a whole pint of the pumpkin bread... my pint sucked.

The flavors were good... especially the cream cheese frosting and the pumpkin bread chunks, but I had like ZERO mix-ins... very sad.

The bubble gum flavor was actually not bad, very unique... not something I'd have all the time, but better than I expected.

The company fell off so bad during the original run that I suspected that the re-start would be a goof and from all reports it is/was compared to what they were and $
