** ~ Ice Cream Eating Now Thread -- Round 4 ~ **

Yeah, it's a west coast thing, right? I never got it while living in AZ, or shipped there since I was closer. I did get Ample Hills shipped out to AZ and now I'm having S&S shipped to CT...makes sense.

I thought almond brittle was seasonal and gingerbread too, that's why i got those and they just looked/sounded good. Lots of salty flavors lol... sounds good to me!

Naw almond brittle is their flagship flavor!

Along with the caramel ribbons and gooey brownie, those are their basic core flavors for the most part unless you look at the vanilla or other simple options.

The gingerbread is good too, just very basic.

The Carrot Cake 2022 might be an all-time BEST EVER pint for me. And ALL of the flavors at at least 8-9 out of 10... amazing stuff

One caution: if you DO order... you need to email Caffe Panna before they pack/ship it and asked for EXTRA dry ice and packaging with it. My pints arrived somewhat softened, still cold, but not 100% as expected.

Thankfully, I'm actually getting a SECOND order because mine were like that... but I think they're still safe to consume after freezing.

So yeah if you do order, email orders@caffepanna.com and give them your GB order #, then just ask for extra extra coolant and packing

Ah I see... yeah dude, this pack is probably the best pack they've ever made. Matt (who you should always trust when it comes to ice cream), gave two 10/10's and the pack (6 total pints) averaged a 9.4... it's THAT amazing.

It's not even just the flavor profiles, but Panna was so damn generous with mix-ins, it's crazy...

I'm almost happy my shipment was slightly softened, because they're sending me a replacement pack just to be sure I get the best experience... however, after tossing them into the freezer (mine is very cold as I have a separate chest freezer for ice cream specifically, -20 degrees), they seem to have held up just fine.

The fact that i'll have 12 total pints of this stuff is like hitting the ice cream lottery... it's going to be very, very hard for them to one-up this pack. There's not a single one that isn't top-tier, which is almost never the case. You almost always feel with these packs like 1 or even 2 of them just won't be that good... but in this case, they're ALL awesome... and hell, I don't even usually enjoy mint-chip style ice cream, but the Minted Panna pint, in my opinion, is STILL a 9/10....

Grace actually relaunched but with a VERY compromised quality… way lighter and with less mix ins… big disappointment.

I think you can still order from her site but it’s not even near worth it.

The mix in game is ridiculous, but I wish they were a bit more mix ins on the bottom of the pint. The mix in distribution is a bit top heavy.

Thanks for letting me know! I gotta say, & I've said it multiple times over the past week or so, but I think the pack is legitimately 100% the best ice cream I've ever had. Carrot Cake is legitimately the GOAT OAT. Although CC's my favorite ever, I honestly think I'd have to give every single one a 10/10 since they're equally God-tier but for different occasions.

I don't even usually enjoy mint-chip style ice cream, but the Minted Panna pint, in my opinion, is STILL a 9/10....

TBH I don’t think they‘ve ever assembled a better selection…

The fact that each flavor is also truly unique is also wildly impressive… I mean hell, the Nutty Dark Times pint is way way more intense than I usually like but because of the mixin quality, I enjoy every element. It almost makes me forget my preconceived ideas like you said, because now experience the God-tier manufacturing I wonder if I was just not getting the right quality before.

I just wish I had more pints of the carrot cake and the Bobs dream pints… they’re both all timers for me.
