Penn looks like she has an oriental flavor to her.
Rhode Island, if you just look at the face it looks like a guy.
South Carolina doesn't have enough meat on her bones and doesn't know how to do her hair. She also walks with her ankle crooked.

Apparently Rhode Island went on to win the whole competition after collapsing so I'll give her my vote.

Also, coconut custard pie is Rhode Island's pie specialty.
