It's a nice write up about bodybuilding in general for those who don't follow the sport.

I'm blocked by a paywall, somebody post the funny/cringeworthy bits.
Anything as good as Kai's "we only juice oranges"?We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.
You can't stop us. You can't hold us back.
IFBB brahs über alles.

3lb of high quality proteins daily at 15+ a pound equates to 300+ a week just on one food in the weekly grocery bill, if he shops at Whole Foods is probably higher. I remember reading somewhere he does the whole "organic, free range, grass fed" type of diet and literally washes his food multiple times in prep.
Totally ridiculous but if you got the money and your career can depend on that 1% difference might as well lolIG: @West_Whey

It actually makes a lot of sense...if he gets sick pre Olympia it's game over, brb no paycheck, brb sponsors whining, brb you wasted a ton of hard work for nothing. Also it baffles me how people here don't seem to understand that being a pro on iifym is (well not impossible) just stupid. Anybody with a good eye will see how different foods VISUALLY affect you. Be it water retention, muscle fullness, distention etc. His career literally depends on stuff like this.
Overall I really liked the article, very well written for people not into bodybuilding and free of the typical stereotypes!

its crazy in that last ab pic how many sub q marks are on his midsection
Heath is 36. He wants 10.
“Barring injury, I’ll smash it,” Heath said during a break in his workout a bit earlier. “I’ll get to 10. The question is: Can I continue to be a better version of myself?”
