I've hit "advanced" lifts for (legit natty) males around 230LBS.... 345B 550Dead 495Squat.
IMO, at that point, you honestly need to consider your priorities in life. The CNS drain from hitting those maxes like once a month is tough on recovery. IMO maxing out once a quarter in each lift is optimal. spend the rest at 65-85% adding reps.
I use to say that a 315 bench feels like 225 once felt, and it does.... to an extent, after you get into the 600+dead and 500+ squat range, it just feels ridiculous heavy every time. IMO, this is when you actually start hitting the "natty limit"SINK Crew (Single Income No Kids)
Who gon' drive? How about we both drive. I love that Sh*t.

Get to know your parents: you never know when they'll be gone for good.
Be nice to your siblings: they're your best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.
Enjoy your body: use it every way you can. Don't be afraid of it or of what other people think of it: it's the greatest instrument you'll ever own.
