At my competition weight, double bodyweight bench will be just under the current IPF WORLD record.

So yes, double body weight is impressive

Have never seen or heard from anyone in my environment do this actually.
I think it's necessary to be very short, have a short arms build (and perhaps wide shoulders). And be fairly light/lean.

I've hit "advanced" lifts for (legit natty) males around 230LBS.... 345B 550Dead 495Squat.

IMO, at that point, you honestly need to consider your priorities in life. The CNS drain from hitting those maxes like once a month is tough on recovery. IMO maxing out once a quarter in each lift is optimal. spend the rest at 65-85% adding reps.

I use to say that a 315 bench feels like 225 once felt, and it does.... to an extent, after you get into the 600+dead and 500+ squat range, it just feels ridiculous heavy every time. IMO, this is when you actually start hitting the "natty limit"

You'll get there mang, how long you been lifting? Cause if its longer than a year consistently you need to check your diet

im at 155-156 right now but a few days of low carbs, my morning weight after a nice poop would be around 150 pounds. Havnt maxed in awhile but I can do 225x12 at current weight.

Im thinking I may be able to do double my weight or close, ill have to try sometime
