Can I reach 10% without cardio?

I'm not the type that burns fat easily

I cut most of my carbs and try to keep my calories below 1400

    Lift every day

Do I need to add cardio or is this enough?

Im no expert, but have read a lot around here, and I think as all of us do, you should calculate your TDEE and lower the cals between 250 and 500, I think more info would be great, like weight and height, current BF... But 1400 for almost is too low I think, and you are going to suffer a lot in your workouts.. If you could provide us with more info it would be great, greetings! Sorry if my english is off in some sentences, im from Uruguay.

Chances are you will need to answer that for yourself as time goes by.

Some people do achieve low body fat via diet and weights work.
The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

Ironwill2008 is surely doing RDL's and eating eggs and bacon somewhere right now.

How much do you weight ? 500 calorie deficit a day is good ,better chance of keeping the muscle! 1400 seems low

Edit: I think you can reach 10% without cardio, just need deficit

I believe you can do it without adding cardio. Just go all in on lifting and stick to that deficit.

About calories, 1400 sounds little. Try 2000 first, since you do lift every day. Lower only if needed, as you might have to later on.

Btw: I've gone sub10% twice without cardio, now at ≈8%BF.

Absolutely you can as it's all in the diet my friend! To get to the condition I was in my avi at that time I was doing very little cardio except for warm ups before lifting
The Deadlift is the ultimate fight of you VS the bar.

you can't half rep a deadlift.
    you can't bounce a deadlift.
you can't arch to get an easier deadlift.
you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.

there's just you, some heavy ass weight, and your b!tch ass having to pick it up.

Theoretically, yes. But why do you want to avoid cardio? Not only it would make things easier for you to reach the goal but also would keep you healthy. So stop worrying and go for a jog on the hill.

Cardio is not needed, however I do think it makes weight loss easier.

The real issue is the size of your deficit. Yes, you will eventually hit 10% while eating 1400 or less calories. You won't be able to sustain it.

What will likely happen is you'll be able to keep this up for a few days to weeks. Maybe you can continue eating like this until you hit your goal. But your metabolism and hormones will drop and you'll feel like chit. After you resume eating, you're going to need discipline of the gods to resist binging and gaining the weight back.

I've been down this road before man. You don't want to go there. Run a 10-15% deficit through diet. You can probably get away with a 20% deficit with cardio.
