So I have finally reached my first milestone. Its been a long year of learning and pushing my limits, about 2 or 3 months ago I put up my progress then but decided to again since these were taken exactly a year apart. This is one whole year of 5 days a week every week, learning from others, making my own split and routines and decent diet. Only supps taken were protein post-workouts w/creatine, and BCAAs during. Left taken 10/14/15 at 184lbs, right a 10/14/16 at 172lbs. I am very happy with my progress and lifestyle. I hope this helps as encouragement to those that don't see progress fast enough or would like to get started. These are the true results of hardwork & consistency... no trainer, no BS, just a lot of youtube, a good gym (LA), and help of new friends made, and good food about 4-5 days a week.
