I am not usually one to bash the show, but I am getting really tired of seeing moments when they can easily end conflict and just pretend like the chance isn't there. Negan should have been shot and killed before he even said a word the second he stepped out that door. Problem over. Or when Gabriel sees he's in the trailer with him when he has a fuking AR! The writing in these situations is SO lazy (for christ sake how hard would it be to have Gabriel drop the gun in a scramble to get away from zombies so that he is unarmed in the trailer). It is really hard to look past that when it is such an obvious situation.
I also get the wasting bullets to attract the zombies, but they used explosions...so why not continue to do that instead of emptying 5k rounds into windows?

I am not really sure what people were expecting from this show at this point. I mean don't get me wrong, it's still a good show at face value for simple entertainment but that's it. The show and it's writing went down the sh&tter a few seasons ago.
This ep seemed pretty fooking anti climatic. Negan and his men went from knowing each and every move Rick and his crew made to being blind as a bat. Yes- I know Rick took out a few scouts. And whatever happened to Negens whole army? Surely they didn't all drive off to investigate the explosion. Why was Ricks crew spraying a stupid amount of bullets at the windows in the factory?
We all know Negan is going to come back with a vengeance while Rick and his chodes play neighbors.
I genuinely liked the show better when they were all alone in the world and fighting to try and survive. The last thing I give a **** about is Lebo Maggie leading those queers on hill top.Kindness is all that matters in life

How the fuk did they manage to gas up over 10 cars, atleast 5 suvs/pickup trucks, an RV, and all travel to Negan? Oh the funniest part was when they wasted like 3000 rounds of ammo shooting at a concrete building. I'm gonna watch it because i finish what i start but that part bugged me. Atleast there was action.

The only thing I could think of was that they were trying to destroy the windows to 1) attract the zombies, but 2) to make sure that all of the Saviors trapped inside would hear the huge volume of zombies that they're surrounded by and hopefully induce some panic/anxiety into the group. But yeah... could have accomplished both of those things without using so much ammo.
My biggest complaints are that the show continues to have too long of dialogue/speeches that basically treat viewers like they're dumb. Essentially it seems like the writers believe they have to have the characters explain whats happening in the show via dialogues/monologues, because we the viewers can't just watch the show play out and put 2 and 2 together ourselves. The result is really drawn out episodes/seasons.
My other complain (maybe I just missed something in the scene), but how did Negan go from being on top of the catwalk/landing part of the door to being on the ground level trapped by zombies? Why didn't he just go right back in the door he came out? Did I just miss something in that scene?Everything depends upon execution; having just a vision is no solution.
Performance and performance alone dictates the predator in any food chain.

I'm actually shocked how little action is on this thread. I still watch but I don't really like the writing or characters. Shane, Merle, Negan, and the Governer were the only interesting ones. All the heroes are pathetic.
I'll keep watching and hoping for more good guy deaths. Loved watching Glen get his alien skull bashed in.Motorcycle crew

That's exactly correct.
Don't forget the snipers they had too.
Negan is standing like 30 yards away, in full view of 40+ people with automatic weapons, who all want him dead because of crimes he's committed against them and their friends, and nobody takes a shot. Really???
But a couple of minutes later they waste 1500 rounds shooting out a bunch of windows.
