I been work out for two months and I start weighing 338 I'm down to 310. But I'm not here to lose weight really I just want to be strong I have 2 goals and in no big hurry I was wondering if I could do it in 6 feet tall and 310 pounds and no health problems. I would like to get down to around 250 but I also want arms around 20 inches or so can I do it
