    Unhappy Rest day question

So i'm currently going to the gym 5 days a week.

Monday: Majority conditioning with shoulders and forearms.
    Tuesday: Chest
    Wednesday: Legs
    Thursday: Back
    Friday: Biceps / Triceps
    Sat&Sun: Off days

I'm in college right now and I love going to the gym after class so it's something I can look forward to after class. A few people have told me this is bad, and i shouldn't take 2 in a row and i should take two completely separate ones. I was just wondering if that was the case if i should maybe take like Saturday and Wednesday off or something, or if it doesn't matter. Thanks!

I just started a routine that looks similar to this except for some days moved around so I'd like to know as well.

Doesn't matter man, looks fine from what I can see. The only personal recommendation I would make is implement another leg day, but that's up to you and your goals. Hope this helps man!!!

Agreed. With that being said, I would move a rest day strategically... maybe put one between your back and your bicep day? That way you are giving your biceps rest between the back and arm day. Instead of working them twice in a row.
