I've been checking out people ljke Donny Shankle and Clarence0 on YouTube and I just am amazed at their strength. They make it look easy lol. I woud like to try cleaning and jerking but of course I would like some tips and advice. Im going to have to lose all ego and humble myself and start very light. It looks more fun and rewarding than the Big 3 lol

You would be best served finding a coach, as already mentioned. Check out USA Weightlifting site and find a LWC (Local Weightlifting club) if you're in the US (http://www.teamusa.org/usa-weightlif...wc/find-a-club).
In other countries, you can search for your national weightlifting federation and contact them for clubs in your area.Training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=168969133
