Would like to try some Olympic lifting. advice?

I've been checking out people ljke Donny Shankle and Clarence0 on YouTube and I just am amazed at their strength. They make it look easy lol. I woud like to try cleaning and jerking but of course I would like some tips and advice. Im going to have to lose all ego and humble myself and start very light. It looks more fun and rewarding than the Big 3 lol

Find someone that is (very) proficient in them and have them help you. They are significantly more complex than the big three. Anybody can watch a few youtube videos and go bench press. If you try that with a snatch, there's a chance you'll end up in a viral youtube video.

Clarence is an absolute beast, love his vids but makes things look ridiculously easy. As others have said, the only right way to get into olympic lifting is with a coach. Tecnique is so important so you dont want to learn things wrong yourself originally

You would be best served finding a coach, as already mentioned. Check out USA Weightlifting site and find a LWC (Local Weightlifting club) if you're in the US (http://www.teamusa.org/usa-weightlif...wc/find-a-club).

In other countries, you can search for your national weightlifting federation and contact them for clubs in your area.

Work on your hip, shoulder, and ankle mobility/flexibility... don't worry about the muscles, focus on making sure the joints can freely go through the proper range of motion.
