    Motivation - keep pushing

    Good morning all,

Wondering how does everyone stay motivated while working out? Unless I'm with my personal trainer I will not push myself I will give up easy once I start to fatigue or my muscles start to hurt. I find it so hard to push myself into the next rep.

How you learn to push?? Do you just keep going and one day it just becomes easy??

Feeling so meehhhh at my lack of motivation

You've got to want it for yourself - if you want the end result bad enough you push through the pain, if you can't do that you didn't want it that bad in the first place

When it starts to get tough in a workout think about what you're trying to achieve and see how you respond
