Hi all!
A little about me.
So I hit my max recorded weight of 302.4 on my 30th birthday, 8/8/2013. Disgusted with pics of the special day, I decided to go on a (crash) diet, and did a 60 day juice fast. I ended up losing a little over 70 pounds.
In October of 2013, at the end of my fast, I started seriously weightlifting, starting with AllPro's Beginner Routine. Since then, I've consistently worked out on one program or another, 3-5 days a week in the gym. I'm currently on Wendler's 5/3/1, cycle 1, week 3.
I managed to maintain my weight fairly well the first 2 years, staying within the range of 230-240 pounds. However, in the last year, something just went off, and I ended up gaining back most of the weight I'd lost.
I'd heard of keto, and was reminded of it by a friend, and after some research, decided to try it out.
I started on April 1st, and am currently in month 7, with no plans to get off keto.
My starting stats:
April 1st:
Weight - 287 pounds
BF% - 31%
Current stats:
Weight - 235.8 pounds
BF% - 24.3%
My current goal is 195 pounds. I normally weigh myself on Wednesday's, and vlog updates on a weekly basis on my channel, along with meals I eat, and recipes.

11/18 Update
Sooooo... I've sucked at updating this thread...
Anyway... I've been keto now 7 months...
I've lost a total of 57 pounds. Currently down to 230.
On Keto Since 4/1/16... Not Looking Back!
Currently cutting to my ultimate goal, follow my progress, and learn more on the keto lifestyle...
