    Post Anyone familiar with JCDFitness?

    As a beginner I was looking for a strength/bulking regime and came across the JCDFitness Beginner Workout. I was curious if anyone is familiar with this program?
    Any thoughts?

    much better than I was expecting reading it, will go as far to say it's better than 99% of any routine I've seen someone make a thread about.
    and there's some good advice on the website.

    I'd suggest taking a look a Fierce 5 and Vikings full body routine linked below too
    IMO these are a bit better balanced, but feel free to read and draw your own conclusions

    2 of them are up in the sticky section and the rest can be found in the workout programs in my sig.

    That guy did not come up with anything new tbh. Look at all the other programs in here and then tell me if he did.
