As a beginner I was looking for a strength/bulking regime and came across the JCDFitness Beginner Workout. I was curious if anyone is familiar with this program?
Any thoughts?

much better than I was expecting reading it, will go as far to say it's better than 99% of any routine I've seen someone make a thread about.
and there's some good advice on the website.
I'd suggest taking a look a Fierce 5 and Vikings full body routine linked below too
IMO these are a bit better balanced, but feel free to read and draw your own conclusions5 day full body crew

In here you have all kinds of great programs already at your disposal.
2 of them are up in the sticky section and the rest can be found in the workout programs in my sig.
