I've been training my abs heavily to the point that I make the most evil faces while using the crunch machine at the gym.
Been doing so for actually months. But I have a bit of stomach fat. My two upper ones are visible on good days!
So do you think if I (right now) lose enough weight that all 6 of them will show?

Is it true that big enough weight loss equals visible abs?

My abs have never looked better than now as a result of two things: low body fat and learning how to activate core in yoga and squat/deadlift/pushing/pulling movements. Planks once a week help, but I focus on doing full stomach vacuums with each breath, and counting breaths instead of time... It does not last as long and if you know how to use your core while planking, combined with the vacuum, I go for about 10 reps or so, sometimes I make it to 9 and say it's good enough...

I am now cutting to check it out, i did deadlifts and squats and hated crunches for years! Just to be sure, i would add a ab workout to your cardio routine. Even though everyone says you cant reduce fat at one spot, just working out abs while doing cardio reminds me why the **** i am doing cardio (lol)

If you lose enough weight, and work your abs, they will definitely come through.... That last bit of stomach fat is typically the most stubborn, though...
