I love bodybuilding. I never was athletic, so something that makes me strong is miraculous. However, I fall apart,too easily. I feel embarrassed and ashamed far too often when I good up. I also chase "fast" solutions that completely derail me.
So, here I am. Starting Lee Labrada's 12 week training series. I want to become a bikini competitor in two years.

I noticed you have two posts in the journal area, generally the journal is used to be a running log per say or place to document your goals progress throughts, so you would use one thred ans update as a new reply in that same thread
