I've decided that it's time to make my return to powerlifting after 12 years of not doing chit. I am making a come back and I will come back the biggest and strongest I've ever been. My goals are to bench 275lbs and deadlift 500lbs within 1 year weighing 180lbs. Right now I'm 237lbs and have been dieting for 2 weeks. Need to lose 57lbs to get down to 180lbs. I will be training 4x a week. Im focusing on nothing else but training. I also want to pull 500lbs in honor of my grandfather who passed away 8 years ago. He always knew I was a strong person inside and out. I will make him proud!

If you were pretty strong back then, take the first few workouts easy because your baseline strength will be higher yet your ability to recover will not be. If you go pretty hard on your first few workouts, the DOMS will be unimaginable
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x4, 345x1
Squat: 405x5, 455x1
Strict press: 185x8
Deadlift: 405x10
