I've changed everything and just competed last Saturday!

I stopped using almost all supplements and would kill a man for a Met-Rx bar

I made massive improvements year-over-year and all of my pics are on IG "ucsumma". Next contest is in 3 weeks!

I really enjoy it. It lets you connect with a quality sample of like-minded individuals (I've found the competitive bodybuilding community to be very supportive and close-knit).

It is bit of risk but I will blame TheFugitive if it doesn't taste outstanding.

Plus, Curl Master is lactose intolerant so Isolates work best for him. I can always gift the second tub to him if it doesn't work out for me.

I only take one scoop a day but where are you going to get that price on an Isolate? Most seem to be in the $70 range for only four or five pounds.

He has lost his way with training but I will get him back on track someday. Personally, he is doing ok and keeps himself very busy.

The Lions showed some good sportsmanship by not going off on those refs. They played the better game and should have won but when you have a star on your team, the NFL makes you beat the refs and the other team sometimes. The only person that is a bigger star in the NFL than Aaron Rodgers would be Tom Brady. There are some good young quarterbacks but they need to do it over a longer period of time so they are not a flash in the pan like RG3 and take a knee Kaepernick.

Curl Master did try a sample of EVL Strawberry Shortcake. He wasn't impressed with the taste. He said it is just another strawberry flavored protein and it does not taste like strawberry shortcake at all.
