It is more fun having a riding partner. I told her she did very well because usually she starts complaining about five blocks down the street.

In the summer, when I am off from school, I take very long walks.
Couple hours at a time.
Bringing my wife along from time to time is just awesome.
Same thing with bike rides.
Her occasional complaining about it makes it all the more enjoyable and fun!

That's another reason I like to do my workouts at home, as opposed to at a gym.
I work long hours, so when I do come home, I like to lift and exercise at home, so at least I am with my family.
That limits my workouts, I'm aware, but I would rather do a simpler workout and see my family, than go to a fancy gym and not see my kids before they go to bed.

I also couldn't really afford a gym membership around here in the long run anyways.

That is why I never had children. I enjoy my hobbies too much and do not want to be sitting at a baseball game while I could be working out or doing another hobby I enjoy. It is quite remarkable that you are able to balance it all and not get overwhelmed at times.

^ ^ ^ I do get overwhelmed at times. Everyone who has children does. If they said they didn't, I wouldn't believe them. In the end it is all worth it though. I wouldn't have it any other way. I do respect your position on not having children though.

Took two 500mg SNS Phenibut XT capsules last night before bed and it seemed like I got a better night sleep. The sleep results do not show it perhaps because the nightmares I had caused me to be restless.

After day 3 of Aggro, nothing to report yet. These test boosters take time to kick in.

Tired. Son woke us around 1 am. I went to bed early because the last two days I was up around 4:15 so I think the lack of energy caught up to me. I'll hit it early again tomorrow. Also my legs wouldn't move after doing legs Monday morning.

I won't go back to lifting at gym. Convenience of being able to lift when I want to, not deal with people, and avoid travel time is nice
